AH Building Design offers cost effective building plans from small extensions through to complete developments.  A vast knowledge and first hand experience of building control is available and we can therefore provide the best possible advice.

We would initially discuss your requirement and then arrange a site visit. At this stage we would give you our opinions on building control and planning permission.  Not all extensions require planning permission thus saving time and money.

However where planning permission is required we will submit suitable plans to the relevant local authority on your behalf. Once approved we then produce detailed plans and submit to Building Control.

Should you wish us to recommend builders or sub contractors then we have a good knowledge of experienced local craftsmen to help you with your build.
